MACH X-Tract

MACH X-Tract oil mist filter systems, available from MACH Machine Tools, remove harmful oil mist, as well as smoke and odours, from your machine shop environment.

Using innovative patented purification technology, MACH X-Tract systems feature high-efficiency HEPA filters and advanced centrifugal fans that collect and remove oil mist generated by machine tools.

As well as ensuring that customers are compliant with HSE and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations, MACH X-Tract systems are competitively-priced and are easy to install and maintain.

MACH X-Tract units are supplied as standard on all new (enclosed) MACH CNC lathes and machining centres and can also be retro-fitted, by MACH Machine Tools’ service engineers, on any enclosed machine tools. 

They can also be supplied direct to customers for them to fit to their machine tools using an easy-to-use fitting kit and instructions. There are two different models in the MACH X-Tract range - the OT-200 and OT-300.
